The online shop www.improvewine.com <http://www.improvewine.com> belonging to Crazy Floats, Lda., has a variety of excellent Wines from Small Producers and Wine Accessories which will fully meet your expectations.
Our products are grouped according to categories, to allow you to make your selections in an easy and quick fashion.
In each category you’ll find the corresponding products.
You’ll never be able to shop on www.improvewine.com, without first creating your account. Crazy Floats, Lda requires confirmation of your account registration by e-mail.
My shopping cart:
During the on-line shopping, the products that you choose must be inserted in your shopping cart. All these items will remain in the shopping cart until you finalize your order. You can eliminate products from the shopping cart whenever you wish to, but you must do this always and before confirming the order. You can also update the quantity of the products that you’re ordering.
Before and after inserting your products into the shopping cart, you may choose the quantity of product that you want. Confirm once again if all the products that you chose are in your list. Confirm the order.

The shipping costs are calculated in real time, according to your delivery region, using the service suppliers’ tables.

• Delivery Dates
The delivery of your order might take from 2 to 6 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. For international deliveries this might take up to 10 working days, depending on the destination country.
When you receive your order, you are recommended to immediately inspect the packaging and the product, making sure that there aren’t any damages done during the shipment. Carefully make sure that the package has not been opened and that the content was not manipulated; if this happens please proceed as follows:
Accept the package but write a note, complaining about its conditions, sign and date. The people or entity responsible for the delivery should also sign acknowledging the situation. You must save a copy of these proceedings.

We usually have sufficient stock of all the products and we have frequent contacts with our suppliers. However, if the product that you ordered is not immediately available in stock, we can collect it at the supplier in the same day that you place your order.

Credit Card: all credit cards and others accepted by PAYPAL e payment by ATM.
Bank Transfer to: Bank – BPI – Banco Português do Investimento

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, please keep the proof of payment and send us a scanned copy –make sure that the scanned document is readable.
Note: there might be fees/commissions charged when you choose this method of payment. These costs are supported by the customer.
We don’t accept: cash and checks.
For your own safety, the name and address in the order should coincide with the same data of the credit card used for the payment. Crazy Floats, Lda reserves its right to cancel the order, if these elements do not coincide.

• Returns and Exchanges
The Customer has the right to dissolve the contract within the terms of the Decreto-Lei nº 143/2001 of 26th April. You have a period of at least 14 days to rescind the contract without payment and without giving any reason as stated in Articles 6 and 8 of the Decreto-Lei nº 143/2001 of 26th April. If the packages are open or if the products show signs of use, Crazy Floats, Lda. might refuse its return.
